Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

By selecting a purchase option on Trinshop, including pre orders, subscriptions, or delayed fulfillment items, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

Order Cancellations
Purchase option orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. After this period, orders are subject to our standard Returns and Refunds Policy.

Pre Orders
Pre order items are reserved in advance and may require extended processing times. By placing a pre order, you acknowledge and accept the stated estimated shipping timeframe.
Pre orders may be canceled within 48hours of purchase. After that, cancellations may not be guaranteed due to production and allocation commitments.

Subscription Orders (if applicable)
For any subscription based products, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under our return policy.

Processing and Fulfillment
Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing purchase.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Processing fees or transaction fees, if applicable, may be non refundable.
