Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Trinshop. We prioritize hygiene, safety, and product quality, especially for wearable and personal items.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not shipped. Once shipped, orders are subject to our return policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used wearable prosthetics or gender affirming items
- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items
Items with opened packaging are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at Trinshop@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo. We will provide a replacement or refund after review.
Return Process
Email Trinshop@yahoo.com for return authorization before sending any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend trackable shipping, as refunds require proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non refundable.
