Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times: Depending of the option selected by customer at time of purchase.

  • Standard shipping (US): 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited shipping (US): 1 to 3 business days
  • International shipping: 7 to 21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Delays and Responsibility
Trinshop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier. Trinshop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

International Orders
