Refunds and Policies
🔁 All Sales Final: Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review product details carefully before purchase.
✅ Exceptions: Replacements or store credit may be offered only if the wrong item was sent, the item arrived damaged/defective, or the order was lost in transit.
📩 Support Requests: Contact Trinshop@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue for faster resolution.
🚚 Processing & Delivery: Orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery times vary: Standard 3–7 days (US), Expedited 1–3 days (US), and International 7–21 days (customs delays possible).
📦 Packaging & Tracking: All orders arrive in discreet, unmarked packaging. A tracking number will be emailed once shipped (allow up to 24 hours to update).
