Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Trinshop. We want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because many of our products are wearable or personal in nature, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards to protect our customers and ensure product quality.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the item has not yet shipped. Once the order is shipped, it will fall under our return policy guidelines.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Wearable prosthetics or gender-affirming items that have been opened, worn, or removed from sealed packaging
Undergarments and intimate apparel
Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
Items marked as final sale
We are unable to accept returns for these items once the packaging seal is broken for health and hygiene reasons.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trinshop.shop. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Return Process
Before sending any item back, please email support@trinshop.shop with your order details to receive return authorization and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any eligible items. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds will not be issued without proof of return delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return once it is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
